Brandt Speed (arguably the greatest bike racer name ever), was the talented rider and temporary training partner who showed me around Austin back in February. Since then he has been cruising through the cycling ranks like an unstoppable juggernaut force racking up an impressive 2008 resume. Today he went for a hundo ride with some guy named Chris Horner, you may of heard of him. To quote Ron Burgandy, "He's kind of a big deal".
