Academic Training Rides

Ride Time: 48min.
Average Speed: 3.4mph
Total Distance: 2.7mi

Why am I so proud of the above mediocre statistics? This entire ride time was posted making tight turn loops around my classroom while simultaneously delivering a stimulating lecture on energy transformations.

Who says I’m not a pro rider?…I get paid to ride.

The best cycling I ever did during school was when I used my Giant steel mtb steed for chapel, made a ramp and convinced several "volunteers" that I could jump over them with Knievil-like skills. I'm not sure I remember the point of my illustration but I knew I had the school's attention. Let's get together over vacation so we can write the article.

I remember that chapel vividly. However, I do not remember the message behind it...but it did have my attention.

I'll call you next week and we can get to work.
